This notice describes the limited information collected through the Stoin Spaces marketing site and founding-customer pilot process. A fuller product privacy notice will accompany activated customer pilots as product data flows are finalized.
If you request a pilot, you may provide your name, work email, company, team size, and information about your intended use. The current pilot-request form opens your email application; the website itself does not store that form submission.
Information you send is used to respond to your request, evaluate fit for a pilot, provision access, provide support, and communicate about Stoin Spaces. We do not sell the contact information you provide through this site.
Meeting, transcript, file, synth, and organizational-learning data are governed by the terms and privacy disclosures presented for the activated pilot. Do not upload confidential or regulated information until those terms have been provided and accepted.
Questions can be sent by replying to the Stoin representative who invited you to the pilot.
